Do you offer cognitive rehabilitation therapy in New Jersey? Yes! In New Jersey, we only offer Home- and Community-Based Services through our Community Skills Program division. The service focus is Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy and Vocational Skills Counseling.
What funding do you take? In Pennsylvania, Success Rehabilitation accepts funding from the Head Injury Program, CHC Wavier, Workers Comp, and Private Pay. In New Jersey, we accept the Horizon NJ through MLTSS, NJ TBI Fund, Workers Comp, and Private Pay.
Who does Success Rehabilitation work with? All of our clients have a primary diagnosis of a brain injury. We work with people ages 18- to 70 years old who have suffered a traumatic or acquired brain injury. This means we work with those who have suffered motor vehicle accidents, blunt force trauma to the head at work or in community, slip and falls, strokes, brain tumors, seizure disorders, and more.
Does it matter when the brain injury took place? No! Our brain injury rehab in Pennsylvania and New Jersey serves consumers who have suffered a recent brain injury, as well as those who have been dealing with the effects for years.
Where to do offer cognitive rehabilitation therapy? We offer cognitive rehabilitation therapy at every program location across Success Rehabilitation including our Dublin, Quakertown, Lancaster, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Do you offer cognitive rehabilitation therapy virtually? Yes! We offered CRT virtually for individuals under Pennsylvania PHIP and CHC (Medicaid). We accept private pay for CRT services for individuals throughout the United States.
