Family Support Groups
At Success Rehabilitation, our support groups are open to families and friends of clients at Success and the general community.

The support group meets on the 3rd Monday of each month from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Location: Success Neuro Rehab Upper Bucks, 361 S. 11th Street, Quakertown, PA.
Support groups are led by client family members and caregivers. This is an opportunity for families to come together as a group for networking and support. Individuals are strongly encouraged to attend as many times as they like.
Remember – you are not alone. Support groups may provide hope, information, friendship, sharing, self-advocacy, problem-solving skills, and opportunities for personal growth.

Family Visits
At Success Rehabilitation, we encourage family days that allow for more targeted face-to-face support that addresses patterns of behavior and areas of opportunity to strengthen and develop the family unit. Clients are able to spend time at home with loved ones for the holidays and outings.
Out-of-State Families
For our out-of-state families, we host quarterly family days and activities that allow for more targeted face-to-face support that addresses patterns of behavior and areas of opportunity to strengthen and develop the family unit. We can also help coordinate virtual family meetings on a more regular basis.
