Admissions: Getting Started with Brain Injury Rehabilitation
At Success Rehabilitation, individuals have a primary diagnosis of a brain injury or other neurologic impairment and are referred to as clients—placing their recovery and independence at the heart of everything we do. We accept referrals for both our residential and outpatient programs from various sources, including:

In Pennsylvania, Success Rehabilitation accepts funding from Private Pay, Personal Liability & Liens, Automobile Insurance, Most State Insurance Funds, Department of Health - Acquired Brain Injury Program (ABIP), Pennsylvania Head Injury Program (HIP), Community HealthChoices (CHC) - Medical Assistance Waiver Program, Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), Paradigm Network. In New Jersey, we accept the Horizon NJ through MLTSS, NJ TBI Fund, Workers Comp, Paradigm Network, and Private Pay.
Where are your residential and outpatient programs in Pennsylvania located? Success Rehabilitation has residential programs in Quakertown, Dublin, and Bethlehem Pennsylvania. Our Acadia NeuroRehab division offers a residential program in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Do you have a residential or outpatient program in New Jersey? In New Jersey, we only offer Home- and Community-Based Services through our Community Skills Program division. The service focus is Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy and Vocational Skills Counseling.
Do you offer Home- and Community-Bases Services across Pennsylvania & New Jersey? Yes! Our Community Skills Program division offers Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy and Vocational Skills Counseling in Western, Central, and Eastern Pennsylvania and throughout New Jersey.
Who does Success Rehabilitation work with? All of our clients have a primary diagnosis of a brain injury. We work with people ages 18- to 70 years old who have suffered a traumatic or acquired brain injury. This means we work with those who have suffered motor vehicle accidents, blunt force trauma to the head at work or in community, slip and falls, strokes, brain tumors, seizure disorders, and more.
Does it matter when the brain injury took place? No! Our brain injury rehab in Pennsylvania and New Jersey serves consumers who have suffered a recent brain injury, as well as those who have been dealing with the effects for years.
Do you offer Telehealth? Yes! Patients can utilize Telehealth for appointments where they are not able to meet in-person for brain injury rehab for Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy and Psychotherapy. *Eligibility is dependent on the requirements of the funding course - call to learn more!
Where are your concussion programs? Our intensive post-concussion programs are located in Quakertown, Pennsylvania and Lancaster, Pennsylvania at our Acadia NeuroRehab division.
