The Neuro Rehabilitation Outpatient Program at Success NeuroRehab Upper Bucks (SNR UB) helps clients who experienced brain injuries and other neurological impairments reach their highest independent skill levels.
Neuro Rehabilitation Outpatient - Program Focus
Our Neuro Rehabilitation Outpatient Program at Success NeuroRehab Upper Bucks is a comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation program for individuals with acquired or traumatic brain injury. Clients are able to participate in the program up to eight hours a day, five days a week, or may come for only one service during a period of time, or they may return for other services, as necessary, even years after their original illness or injury.

When clients are not in therapy sessions they are able to participate in individual and group neurocognitive day program services led by our two instructors at this location in Quakertown, PA. Clients can also enjoy the computer lab which is located at each of our two neuro outpatient rehabilitation program locations, along with a designed area for meals and scheduled events.
Success NeuroRehab Central Bucks is located approximately nine minutes from our Success Rehabilitation headquarters and Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation Program. Clients who reside with us are afforded transportation to and from Success NeuroRehab Central Bucks for their therapies and neurocognitive day programming.

Our multidisciplinary expertise empowers our team to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to include ambitious recovery goals for clients served. We respect the person-centered model of care, which provides for client collaboration to develop goals towards further independence. A wide range of therapeutic services/modalities helps the client meet the full range of their needs.
Clinical Information
As determined by the clinical team at Success Rehabilitation, a client's acuity and stability level must allow for active participation in outpatient services for goal attainment at Success NeuroRehab Upper Bucks. Assessment by the clinical team will determine the intensity of services.
