Comprehensive Assessment for Personalized Rehabilitation
A thorough evaluation of physical and cognitive abilities is the first step in creating an effective rehabilitation plan. Our expert physical therapists assess key functional skills, including transferring, sitting balance, reaching, lifting, wheelchair mobility, stair navigation, and basic household movement.
Based on these findings, we develop a customized treatment plan focused on restoring independence.
