Quakertown, PA, August 9, 2020 - Success Rehabilitation has announced that Shana Derstine has been named Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) Program Manager at Success Rehabilitation. In her new position, Ms. Derstine will oversee the event and execution of ED&I methods that fulfill Success's commitments to ensuring a safe, healthy, and inclusive workspace for all team members.
Ms. Derstine will work with the ED&I committee, direct support professionals, senior management, HR, and the company's administration to combine new practices, applications, and processes companywide. Several initial key initiatives include:
Implementing ED&I policies.
Helping to redesign our diversity training rollout.
Creating judgment-free spaces for all employees.
Ms. Derstine continues Success Rehabilitation’s work in fostering a company culture that values all employees' unique identities at Success.
