Quakertown, PA, July 8, 2021 - Building on a history of providing relevant, industry-leading pay and benefits, Success Rehabilitation announced a series of new employee initiatives spanning wage increases, reorganized team, benefits, and professional development. These offerings include raising wages for full-time workers with direct care responsibility to earn up to $20.00 (with weekend shift differential) per hour, as the company makes a substantial investment in worker pay.
The initiative named the Forward Together Project will be effective on August 2nd, 2021.
