October 13, 2020 - Quakertown, PA - At the direction of the Success Rehabilitation Onboarding & Engagement Committee (OEC), Success Rehabilitation has decided that new hires in the direct support professional role will receive a Hero Bonus, $500 to full-time new hires, and $250 to part-time new hires, after successfully completing 120 days at the company. The additional resources and support will help our heroes continue the remarkable team effort at Success Rehabilitation.
This announcement aligns with Success Rehabilitation’s previous decision to uphold the state of Pennsylvania’s promise of allocating funds to direct support professionals during these challenging times. Success Rehabilitation was denied state funding due to grant applications' volume but decided to uphold this promise and commitment to our direct support professionals through a one-time payment.
