Neurobehavioral Residential

Our Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation Program provides a structured, 21-bed residential facility for individuals who are unable to live safely alone or with family.

Our Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation Program is designed to support individuals facing the most challenging and complex neurobehavioral issues. Our comprehensive approach provides both rehabilitation and clinical care, addressing a wide range of needs, including self-care assistance, mobility support, transfer assistance, medication management, bowel and bladder training, and skincare management.

Supportive Living Residential 

Our Supportive Living Residential program offers a comfortable one- or two-bedroom apartment, offering the choice of a private apartment or a private bedroom within a shared space.

Our Residential Supportive Living Program provides intensive rehabilitation therapies designed to build essential skills for community reintegration. Clients can participate in structured programming for up to eight hours a day, seven days a week, or choose to engage in specific services as needed—even years after their initial injury or illness. While in the program, clients reside in one of Success Rehabilitation’s residential apartments, offering a supportive environment where they can practice and reinforce newly learned skills in real-life settings.

Semi-Independent Residential

Our Semi-Independent Residential program offers a nurturing and supportive living environment in off-site, three-bedroom homes with 24-hour assistance.

Success Rehabilitation’s Residential Program provides intensive rehabilitation therapies designed to build essential skills by following a individual treatment plans. A key focus of the program is community engagement, where individuals with brain injuries develop and apply social integration, self-sufficiency, and mobility skills to daily routines such as meal preparation and schedule management.

What locations offer Residential Rehabilitation? Success Rehabilitation offers Residential Rehabilitation at our locations in Bethlehem, Dublin, Lancaster, and Quakertown, Pennsylvania.

Do I need to select a Residential Rehabilitation Program before an assessment? No, Success Rehabilitation admissions and in-take team will gather information and schedule a schedule an assessment conducted by our multi-disciplinary team of brain injury specialists.

What funding do you take? In Pennsylvania, Success Rehabilitation accepts funding from the Head Injury Program, CHC Wavier, Workers Comp, and Private Pay. In New Jersey, we do not offer Residential Rehabilitation.

Who does Success Rehabilitation work with? All of our clients have a primary diagnosis of a brain injury. We work with people ages 18- to 70 years old who have suffered a traumatic or acquired brain injury. This means we work with those who have suffered motor vehicle accidents, blunt force trauma to the head at work or in community, slip and falls, strokes, brain tumors, seizure disorders, and more.

Does it matter when the brain injury took place? No! Our brain injury rehab in Pennsylvania and New Jersey serves consumers who have suffered a recent brain injury, as well as those who have been dealing with the effects for years.
