Get to Know Us

At Success Rehabilitation, we treat adults (18+) who have the primary diagnosis of a brain injury or other neurological impairment.

  • Severe Traumatic Brain Injury

  • Mild Traumatic Brain Injury & Concussion

  • Acquired Brain Injury (stroke, tumors, etc.)

Our highly specialized team of brain injury professionals are uniquely positioned to meet our individuals with brain injury where they are today – in their home, at our programs, in the community, and beyond. This flexibility allows us to provide truly personalized care, helping bridge the gap between traditional inpatient and outpatient offerings.

Our Approach

Brain injuries are highly complex, with effects that vary widely from person to person. A range of personal and environmental factors influence the challenges individuals face—both in the immediate aftermath and throughout their long-term recovery journey.

Given this variability, our team of specialized therapists takes a personalized, person-centered approach to rehabilitation. By working closely with individuals and their loved ones, we create a collaborative recovery plan that empowers them to regain independence and rebuild essential life skills. Our goal is to provide the support and strategies needed to help each person reclaim control over their life.

Rehabilitation

Success Rehabilitation provides individuals with access to a network of leading physical, occupational, speech, behavioral, and cognitive therapists. By performing all therapy sessions in the individual’s home or at our program locations, we help individuals develop strategies to acclimate to the realities of their injury. This approach has led to hundreds of successful outcomes while providing a more effective, less costly alternative to institutionalization.

Home Modifications

Those recovering from a brain injury will require certain modifications around their home to help with daily living. Each modification is a customized response based on the individual’s specific needs in order to help increase safety and allow for a greater sense of control. These modifications can include ramp installation, widened doorways, changes in lighting, grab bars, and much more. During the assessment process, Success Rehabilitation team members complete written evaluations, make recommendations to ensure the proper safety guidelines are in place prior to residential admission.
